Annual FAC Summit

Please join us on Friday, June 7th for the 2024 Florida Asthma Coalition Summit at Lakeland Regional Health’s Hollis Center Campisi Family Auditorium! This year’s theme is “A Better Tomorrow: Navigating Asthma Management Across the Lifespan.” This will be a FREE, full-day conference that provides an excellent opportunity to network with asthma professionals and caregivers across the state who work in hospital, clinical, community, and school-based settings and to hear from leaders in the field and subject matter experts about cutting edge asthma science and therapies. Continuing education credits will be available for a variety of professionals. More information on how many credits and which types of credits will be available at the 2024 Summit will be released closer to the event date.

Sponsors will have the opportunity to set up during the workgroup sessions on the afternoon of Thursday, June 6th, with the full conference, tabling, and networking opportunities beginning on the morning of Friday, June 7th.

The Florida Asthma Coalition (FAC), established in 2009, works to reduce the overall burden of asthma and improve health outcomes for Floridians through asthma awareness and disease prevention. The 2024 FAC Summit will be a day and a half event offered in person and online to maximize accessibility and exposure. It brings together a diverse audience of medical professionals, including doctors, nurses, pharmacists, respiratory therapists, students, and caregivers all united by a shared goal: the improvement of asthma care and management. We expect approximately 100 in-person attendees from across Florida, plus a robust virtual attendance from across the country.
